No. ApnaLeads places both legs of the call, so the cost sits with you and the visitor pays nothing.
What is number masking?
Both parties see an ApnaLeads virtual number instead of each other's real number. It protects customer privacy and stops agents taking business off-platform.
Can I use it inside a mobile app?
Yes. Call the click-to-call API with the customer's number and the agent or queue you want to reach, and we handle the bridge.
What if no agent picks up?
We roll to the next agent in the queue. If nobody is free, the visitor is offered a scheduled callback and still enters your LMS as a lead.
