What exactly is cloud telephony?
Cloud telephony moves your business phone system off physical hardware and onto the internet. There is no PBX box, no EPABX wiring and no telecom engineer. You get numbers, IVR, call routing, recording and analytics from a browser — and your agents answer on the phones they already carry.
How quickly can we go live?

Do I need to buy any hardware?
None at all. No PBX, no desk phones, no SIM boxes, no servers. Your team answers calls on their existing mobiles, a softphone or a browser tab, from any location.
Is ApnaLeads TRAI and DLT compliant?
Yes. All commercial SMS runs through registered DLT sender IDs and approved templates, and our team completes your DLT registration free of charge. Voice broadcasting respects TRAI's DND registry and permitted calling-hour windows automatically.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
In most cases, yes — we support number porting from the major Indian operators. Alternatively, you can keep your current number and simply forward it to your ApnaLeads IVR, which takes about five minutes and requires no paperwork.
What happens to calls that come in after hours?
