It is not laziness. It is infrastructure. A small business buys an EPABX box, wires it to four handsets, and that is the end of the investment. When the team is at lunch, the phone rings out. When a campaign runs, the fifth caller gets a busy tone. When someone enquires at 9pm — which is precisely when a working customer is free to call — nothing happens at all.
Nobody sees the loss, because a missed call leaves no trace. There is no bounce rate for a phone. No dashboard shows the eleven people who tried to buy from you today and gave up.
So we built the dashboard. ApnaLeads captures every call, every missed call, every WhatsApp message and every form — including the ones nobody answered — and turns them into leads with an owner and a deadline. Then it tells you which of your ads produced them.
